Apple has released the iOS 11.1.1 update for all iOS 11-compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch models. However, the Cupertino company ultimately fixed the bug with the release of iOS 11.1.1.

To download the new iOS version, you need to go to Settings > General > Software Update and then follow the on-screen instructions. Your Apple device should be using a Wi-Fi connection to download the over-the-air update.

Dyson Air Purifiers and Vacuum Cleaner Are Coming to India

Dyson Air Purifiers and Vacuum Cleaner Are Coming to India

Dyson, the British company that's famous for its vacuum cleaners and “blade-less" fans (called air multipliers) is officially entering the India market early next year. The company will be opening a Dyson store in Delhi's DLF Promenade mall where it will be showcasing - and, of course, selling - its air purifiers, vacuum cleaner, and a premium supersonic hair dryer.

The company's been described as the "Apple of appliances” - a tag that founder and Chief Engineer James Dyson apparently hates - and it's reputedly fanatical about customer service. Talking to the team, there's a sense of the obsession that comes through.

Dyson has two products in this category, called the Dyson Cool Pure Link, available in a desktop and tower version. The tower version is bigger, with a larger filter and greater airflow, and obviously, it's a little more expensive too.

Like the Air Multiplier before, the Pure products are stunning to look at. There's a timeless elegance to the design and although we've tried a lot of different air purifiers so far, none can measure up to the Dyson in terms of aesthetics.

The top of the purifier lifts off easily to reveal the filter, and it can be changed out with one had. The 360-degree filter looks a little like a squatter version of the one in a Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2, but unlike that one, Dyson's purifier is using a HEPA filter. Glass fabric is pleated 230 times to create the filter, and there's a second filter of activated carbon so that almost all particles can be filtered out.

Nokia 6

Nokia 6

Nokia 6, the comeback smartphone for Nokia, is selling like hot cakes in China. HMD Global, which owns rights to the Nokia brand, has now clarified that the Nokia 6 wasn't being sold via JD.com following flash sales model.
HMD Global wrote to Nokia Power User clarifying that the Nokia 6 is selling too quickly giving an impression that it may be available under flash sale model. "Actually we have been updating the inventory on JD.com more than 3 times but those were usually gone within minutes or hours, so that's why you have the impression that we were doing flash sales," said the HMD Global team.
The company also assured that more Nokia 6 units will be made available in China. "We will keep supply to JD for sure and now the Chinese New Year holiday is mostly over and everybody's back for work, you can expect more supplies in the coming days and weeks," the team added.
To recall, HMD Global launched the Nokia 6 smartphone last month at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 17,000) in China. HMD Global has already slotted an event for the upcoming MWC 2017, where it is expected to announce few more Nokia-Android phones.

iPhone 8 Tipped to Cost Above $1,000

iPhone 8 Tipped to Cost Above $1,000

There's been a lot of speculation about the iPhone 8 with specifications and design changes being at the forefront. However, a fresh report sheds some light on the iPhone 8 price bracket. Reportedly, the premium device marking Apple's 10-year anniversary could well be priced north of $1,000 (roughly Rs. 67,100) - thanks to the introduction of OLED displays.

As OLED displays are twice as expensive as LCD displays, Apple's celebratory iPhone 8 smartphone will be priced above $1,000 (roughly Rs. 67,100), according to the report. This doesn't come as a surprise as Apple is known for this kind of pricing, and its most premium variant of the iPhone 7 Plus costs $969 (Rs. 92,000 in India).
The report further adds that Apple has been working with Lumentum to bring a unique 3D-sensing technology. This technology will bring some sort of facial recognition, better image resolution for the camera app, or some form of augmented reality application. However, the actual advantage of this technology is not known yet.
